A British-Kenyan company, it began when Stephen Kidd and Richard Chirchir put their heads together with a group of like-minded development professionals to change the way countries address poverty, inequality, and other key development challenges. Since then, its offices in London and Nairobi have grown considerably, and it has recently expanded its work around the globe with its new office in Australia.
